Shipping Info

Shipping rates are provided by Canada Post and are calculated individually by item weight and destination. A $5 Handling fee and insurance costs are also charged. At this point we ship within Canada only. For shipments via UPS please contact us.

All in-stock items are shipped by the following business day. If an item you have ordered is not currently in-stock, you will be contacted as to whether you would like a partial shipment or to wait for your entire order.

Returns Info

To return merchandise you must first contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization #. Any packages mailed to us without this number on the box will be refused and returned to sender. If customer is issued a RMA# for merchandise, we must receive parcel within 14 days or return will be refused.

Return may be subject to a stocking fee (up to 80%) at our discretion and depending on condition of merchandise and circumstances of return.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. If return is due to our error we will return shipment to customer at our cost.

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Paintballs
• Slider Shorts
• Any clothing that has been washed, worn and/or tags removed
• Any merchandise that is not in its original condition ie missing packaging, missing parts or damaged
• Merchandise that has been customized
• Any marker that has been serviced or attempted to be serviced by anyone other than our staff
• Any item delivered more than 30 days prior

All other items will be considered on an individual basis.

All refunds will be given in the form of store credit.
